Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns and ask that customers submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your request, we will provide the mailing address for returning the item(s). All returns must be received at our facility within 14 days from the return request date.
STORE CREDIT FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Items returned must be in brand-new condition without any writing, noticeable damage, or wear. Items must also be in the original packaging the product was received in, including any packaging or bags that protect the product. These are important to ensure the item is in resellable, brand-new condition.
Our warehouse will receive and inspect all items individually. After inspection, we will email you to confirm receipt of your return. A store credit will then be issued for the approved return amount.
ORDER CHANGES
Our warehouse team works quickly, and orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Because of this, we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before placing your order. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address and requires re-shipment or re-routing, any additional shipping fees will be communicated at the time of the request.
DAMAGED ITEM
For the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing any damage to the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface with the damage clearly visible.
We use this information to work with our plant and quality control teams to prevent future issues.
